What we do together
Feasibility analysis
Before designing anything, we assess the technical, economic and regulatory viability of your project. We challenge assumptions, identify real field constraints, and give you an honest answer before any design commitment is made.
Electronic and mechanical design
Our engineers develop functional prototypes built on Clover-Core®, our modular industrial architecture. Clover-Core® natively integrates multi-network connectivity (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, Clover-Net), which means your sensor is designed to fit your infrastructure from day one, not retrofitted afterwards.
Validation and testing
We put every prototype through rigorous verification, first in the lab, then in real-world conditions. A sensor that doesn't hold up in your deployment environment (extreme temperatures, vibrations, partial network coverage) does not go into production.
Industrialisation preparation
We produce complete technical documentation, select manufacturing partners and optimise unit costs for series production. Scaling from 10 to 10,000 units is planned from the design phase itself : our article on custom IoT solutions goes into further detail on what this involves in practice.
