DV Group and Ineo-Sense at the heart of energy management

Facing rising costs and environmental challenges, DV Group is deploying connected energy monitoring solutions to provide precise visibility of consumption across industrial sites.

Thanks to this real-time control, companies optimize their usage, reduce costs, and commit sustainably to their energy transition.

An economic and ecological challenge

With rising energy prices, efficient energy management is a major issue in the industrial sector, playing a crucial role both economically and environmentally. Industries are among the largest energy consumers, and optimizing their usage is essential to reduce operational costs while minimizing their carbon footprint.

Data at the heart of energy performance

To address the economic, ecological, and regulatory challenges across industrial sectors, DV Group and Ineo-Sense offer solutions that provide a comprehensive view of energy consumption at industrial sites. The collected data enables the creation of energy performance indicators to monitor and optimize equipment while assessing energy savings.

The ESG-Logger-NRJ and ESG-Logger-Pulse gather electricity, gas, and water consumption data at each workshop metering point. This data is integrated into DV Group’s Smart Energy software platform for precise management of consumption by equipment or production line.

Any anomalies are immediately detected, allowing prompt interventions to correct issues.

Measurable gains, a profitable transition

  • According to ADEME, implementing energy monitoring solutions can achieve consumption savings of 4% to 8%.
  • Annual energy costs can amount to several hundred thousand euros or even millions, making the savings quickly significant.
  • Control production equipment for better process management: who, how much, when, and why.
  • Manage carbon footprint and ensure compliance with regulations (tertiary decree).
  • Strengthen corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • These energy monitoring solutions are eligible for CEE IND-UT-134 funding, which can partially or fully cover the investment depending on a company’s consumption profile, according to ADEME.
