Onet Clean Connect, the challenges
Onet Propreté et Services is a major player in the cleaning, hygiene, and facility services sector for businesses. Onet offers its clients the CleanConnect solution. Traditionally, the cleaning industry has relied on a static model based on intervention frequency and a price per square meter, without considering the evolving real cleaning needs.
The CleanConnect service from Onet Propreté et Services makes this model dynamic through data, adapting to the growing demand for flexibility and adaptability in corporate spaces, especially with the rise of remote work and increased CSR (corporate social responsibility) requirements.
By shifting from a frequency-based intervention model to a performance-guarantee model, the goal is to intervene at the right time and place based on real-time updates of the intervention plan, thanks to data collected by IoT sensors.
Solutions deployed
Thanks to various types of data generated notably by Ineo-Sense sensors, presence detection ACS Switch PIR, door opening ACS Switch, and bin fill level ACS Switch TOF, the “useful” intervention time is optimized.
These sensors transmit field data to enrich key performance indicators:
- Human presence to monitor occupancy rates of each area and target technician interventions: ACS Switch PIR
